(1) 非天然氨基酸与多肽的合成及应用研究

利用合成化学的手段模拟自然界中存在的酶学反应,设计及合成新型催化剂或者配体,克服酶催化中面临的诸多难题,如底物普适性非常有限,反应对酸碱,温度等极度敏感,蛋白不稳定等难题,实现传统酶化学中无法完成的反应。基于易得的氨基酸或者易于合成的多肽,合成高附加值的非天然氨基酸或者多肽化合物。

 

(2) 生物相容性反应地开发

生物分子往往具有非常复杂的结构,生命体内的反应往往是在水相和生理环境条件下发生反应。我们小组打算发展生物相容性反应,利用光催化的策略,发展可以适用于复杂多肽和蛋白质高选择性反应,可以得到非天然蛋白质类生物分子。将合成化学与合成生物学组合起来,必将极大地加速新药的研发。
